Order Process

  1. Select the book(s) you would like to purchase and complete the check out process. A confirmation order with invoice will be sent to your e-mail.
  2. Complete the payment. Refer Payment Method for details.
  3. Our team will verify the payment and process the order accordingly. Order will be processed for verified payment only and for item(s) in stock. For out of stock item(s), we will try to re-stock and sending the item(s) within 1 week. Otherwise we will make a full refund to customer.
  4. Our team will pack the item(s) and process for delivery.
  5. Email with tracking number will be sent automatically to your registered email.
  6. Item(s) will be delivered by the selected courier company to your shipping address within 1-3 working days.
